Global transformation challenges us all – changes succeed when we ourselves change. In our coaching you clarify step by step your questions such as: What are my values and my vision? How can I make a meaningful contribution to this world? How do I lead in an inspired and effective manner? How do I get a grip on my emotions and stay focused? How do I resolve conflict? How do I create space for strategic tasks and self-development? How do I expand my horizons so that I can see new solutions and paths forward?

Coaching methods
I am familiar with a variety of methods in practice and use them depending on the situation. My coaching is process and solution-oriented and strengthens your resources.
My coaching is based on advanced training as a transpersonal coach, non-violent communication, conflict management, various leadership training courses as well as awareness and mindfulness courses.
Coaching approach
When coaching I support you step by step in your search for change through reflection, practical exercises, inputs and subsequent integration of what you have learned.
The sessions are flexible in terms of time and space – on-site at your premises, in a coaching room or online (Zoom/Skype).
Changes begin with movement. I am also happy to accompany you outdoors and in the mountains.

Change happens when time and space are created for people to open up, network and start getting involved. We create trusting spaces for change and moderate:
- Team workshops and retreats for reviews and future prospects, discussions and team development
- Large group processes for idea and project development (including Open Space, World Café)
- Multi-stakeholder processes where participants from different fields acquire a better understanding of each other and jointly develop future prospects.
Change happens through trust, trust through personal contact. Can this be done online too? Our experience shows that it is possible. We also moderate workshops via Zoom.
Transformation

The global challenges require rethinking, new ideas, innovative social and technological solutions and agile forms of organisation. I support change processes in non-profit organisations, foundations, companies and administration:
- Design of conscious transformation processes for sustainable business models

In transformation processes, the goal and path often change. As an experienced pathfinder, I support you professionally with a systemic understanding using proven methods, depending on the situation – from diligent analysis, to creative prototyping of new solutions, to implementation – step by step.
I work in a participatory way with the parties concerned. If energy and experience is harnessed by everyone, the greater the likelihood of successful implementation.

Our trainings create time and space so that the participants discover and unfold their potential in a safe and present space. For an effective learning experience we create a trustful community where collective intelligence emerges.

Urs Karl Egger
How can we contribute to positive and sustainable development for everyone on this planet? This question has accompanied me for more than 20 years as a professional: as a multi-disciplinary project manager for sustainable urban development, as a consultant to NGOs and governmental organisations in 15 countries worldwide and as CEO of an international foundation with 130 employees. I have gathered work experience in various domains such as research, administration, private business and in the not-for-profit sector. By working in various countries I gained intercultural experience.
Fascinated by change processes, I support people and organisations in their transformation. Thanks to my long-standing experience and my intuition, I can quickly grasp the issue at hand.
By offering competence and experience I am actively involved as a board member and provide guidance to companies and organisations in their strategic development.
The young generation is the future. I volunteer in the coaching programme of the University of St. Gallen as a coach for students in their assessment year.
As a life explorer, personal development is part of my life. I have been challenged by different coaches and teachers and discovered a conscious way of managing, working and living. I like to spend my time reading inspirational books and be outdoors and in the mountains. And as a father of three grown-up children, I delight in each developmental step they take.
